Knight Frank has been appointed for the provision of estate professional services to provide professional advice, guidance, negotiation and assistance on property and estates issues under the OGC buying solutions contract. Under this contract Knight Frank is able to advise any public sector body on services available to them under two parts:

Approach
To apply our market knowledge and estate management expertise on behalf of the customer to ensure its operational objectives are reached, ensure value for money is obtained, future liabilities are contained and impact on its operations is minimised in the process of additional related services throughout the UK in the commercial, residential or agricultural market sectors.
Scope
Knight Frank LLP would make full use of its extensive regional office network to offer genuine local knowledge and advice. Each of our regional offices throughout the UK has specialists dealing with offices, industrial, residential and other specific market categories. For agricultural properties this is undertaken from a more limited number of offices although our Agricultural department does operate throughout the UK principally, from offices in London, Hereford and Hungerford.
Part II - Management & Method Statement
Management
The management of instruction would be coordinated through the Contract Liaison Manager to the relevant Partner in which ever Knight Frank LLP office and department is most appropriate and experienced in servicing the needs required. The Partner nominated to be responsible for the instruction would remain the point of contact to the Customer and manage the project from conception to completion.
