Tony Nicholas has been actively involved in office development and business space agency and development consultancy with 12 years experience of working in London Docklands, the Thames Valley and M25. He was born and brought up in Chepstow. Since Knight Frank opened their new office in Cardiff 6 years ago, Tony has been involved in a number of the major high profile office schemes and acquisitions for clients in South Wales. These include Callaghan Square, Celtic Springs, Swansea Waterfront and Cardiff Gate Business Park. Tony has also been responsible for opening Knight Frank’s new commercial offices in Bristol and is involved in overseeing some major urban regeneration and office schemes within the city.

  • Agency and development advise for ABP’s landholdings in Cardiff Bay.

  • Akeler Assembled the site and secured a pre-let to Lloyds TSB for a 50,000 sq ft Call Centre facility at Pencoed, outside Bridgend.
