    Tim has spent his professional career in central London, having worked both in the City of London and West End Agency teams, being appointed Head of West End Offices Department in January 2003. The team incorporates Agency, Professional, Development and Consultancy disciplines. Tim has re-located a number of major West End occupiers including Reed Elsevier Plc, The New Opportunities Fund, Monitor Company and Wellington Management Company LLP. His leasing experience includes work on behalf of occupiers, investors and developers, including Helical Bar Plc, Royal & Sun Alliance, Chelsfield, CIT, MEPC and Knight Frank themselves. Following recent development consultancy and pre-leasing advice, to Chelsfield Plc, Orange Plc committed to 232,000 sq ft in 2001 at The Point, Paddington Basin and Marks & Spencer to 238,000 sq ft at One & Two Waterside, Paddington Basin, W2. Tim continues to act on the remaining parts of the scheme which comprise in excess of 1 million sq ft.

    • The pre-completion letting of 35,000 sq ft to Russell Systems Limited at Rex House, 10 Regent Street, and subsequent letting of a further 30,000 sq ft.

    • Monitor Company

    • The acquisition of this 52,000 sq ft headquarters building at Michelin House, Fulham Road.
