Tim, Partner in Charge of the Newcastle office, has over twenty three years of experience in the North East commercial property market. Tim has focused on agency and development and his approach is from a fully proactive bias. During his career, Tim has been involved with some of the most strategic inward investment, regeneration and development projects in the region. Major instructions where Tim is involved include the award winning Doxford International and Newcastle’s Quayside. Within Newcastle City Centre Tim is advising on a number of major development projects including Trinity Gardens and Lloyds Court, Phase II. Tim and the team have created one of Newcastle’s most successful property consultants with its major strength of local knowledge and its seamless interaction with the Knight Frank network.
