In the early part of his career Mike specialised in the assembly of large urban sites for Private and Public Sector projects. He joined Knight Frank in 1989 from Hepper Watson with the aim of building the Leeds industrial team. He employed a highly focused approach providing a full range of agency and professional services to both industrial, occupier and developer clients. He has been responsible for many of the large industrial and commercial projects within West Yorkshire over the past 10 years. This success led to Mike’s appointment as co-ordinator of the Knight Frank national industrial team which now provides a quality service within every major industrial conurbation within the United Kingdom. The Leeds office of Knight Frank has grown into a market leader within West Yorkshire specialising in agency, development and investment work complemented by professional, building surveying, planning, consultancy and valuation facilities. The office provides a multi-skilled service for a diverse range of clients including major developers, Public Sector organisations and corporate.
