Keith Cooney is Head of the Rating Service Line, overseeing rating work in London and the regional offices. He also continues to carry out rating work on behalf of his own clients to whom he is directly responsible, and organises national instructions with the regional offices. With more than 15 years in the industry, he has extensive experience dealing with rating appeals in both the public and private sectors, ranging from the small industrial workshops through to the highly specialised leisure industry.
