Joanna graduated with an MA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge in 1988 and is a member of the RICS. She has 16 years experience at Knight Frank and is responsible for strategic property consultancy and regeneration within the Leeds office for an extensive range clients. Joanna provides professional advice to a range of public bodies including English Partnerships, Government Office for Yorkshire and the Humber ,Yorkshire Forward, Ministry of Defence, English Heritage, Royal Commission on the Historical Monuments of England, National Criminal Intelligence Service and the Millennium Commission. Local authority clients include North Yorkshire County Council, Ryedale District Council, Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Leeds City Council, Wakefield Metropolitan District Council and Kirklees Metropolitan Council. Clients from the Private Sector include financial institutions, corporate and individual clients, developers and funds. Joanna has built up a good range of contacts with other consultants such as EC Harris, Scott Wilson and WS Atkins and regularly works in partnership in consultant consortia.
