Jeremy joined Knight Frank in 2002 as Head of Building Consultancy to develop and grow the National business, having previously headed up the similar service line for Jones Lang LaSalle. A Chartered Building Surveyor by profession, he has extensive experience in all areas of commercial Building Surveying. For the last 18 years, Jeremy has specialised in Project Management, working for occupiers, investors and developers on a wide range of office, industrial, retail and residential schemes. These have included both new build and refurbishment projects and overall, Jeremy has been personally involved with developments in excess of some 7m sq ft. He is fully conversant with the development process and the proactive management required to deliver successful projects. Jeremy prides himself on the level of repeat business carried out for a number of clients across many years.
