    Having spent three years with Bidwells managing an occupiers’ Midlands property portfolio comprising in excess of 150 offices, Adrian Wilson joined Knight Frank’s Business Space Team to focus exclusively on rent reviews, lease renewals and landlord and tenant consultancy work on office and industrial premises throughout the south of England. Adrian’s experience includes making submissions to Arbitrators and Independent Experts, giving evidence as an Expert Witness as well as preparing Section 18 Valuations for Court purposes. 2000 saw Adrian refocus to specialise in West End offices to fulfil a similar role and he is now responsible for this area of Knight Frank’s business. He continues to lecture on Landlord and Tenant matters at external courses throughout the UK on a regular basis as well as being an APC Assessor.
