Knight Frank is a partnership of international property consultants with a prominent New York based real estate firm, Newmark Knight Frank, which has created a network of more than 140 offices in over 30 countries, staffed by more than 4,500 professionals.

In the UK, the Head Office is based in the West End of London with other commercial offices in the City and London Docklands. Principal regional commercial offices include Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham, Cardiff, Exeter and Newcastle.

The firm has something of a reputation for its involvement with public sector clients both Central and Local Government as well as agencies. The principal public sector clients include: Ministry of Defence; DEFRA; Department of Health; English Heritage; English Partnerships; Metropolitan Police; various NHS Trusts; various Universities including University of London; Borough of South Tyneside; City Corporation; East Herts District Council; and Suffolk Coastal District Council.
