Knight Frank Investment Management LLP (KFIM) operates as an independent group within the Knight Frank LLP structure. We have been providing a comprehensive property investment management service to institutional clients for over 25 years.

Our core service is the strategic investment management of direct property portfolios, both for institutional clients and the private investor, to meet defined investment objectives. We also act in an advisory capacity.

We have immediate access to the extensive resources and expertise of the Knight Frank network and utilise in particular the services of the Research and the Property Management teams. We are able to select the best provider for specialist property agency and advisory functions be that internally within the group or externally.

We have an established team providing a breadth of experience in all aspects of property investment management and the various property sectors. We are client focused with clear partner level responsibilities for each of our fund mandates.

Through our link with Knight Frank Corporate Finance Ltd (KFCF) are able to advise on investment and operating issues relating to indirect property investment.
